Before and After School Care
Lafayette currently has two before and after care programs. Learn more about Capitol Language Services (CLS), which is onsite, and Chevy Chase Presbyterian Church (CCPC) after school program, which is about four blocks away.

Who We Are
Lafayette Elementary School is the largest elementary schools in the District of Columbia with about 900 students in pre-Kindergarten through fifth grade. We serve students from all 8 wards from over 15 different linguistic backgrounds and believe that our diversity is the source of our strength. We are proud of our academic excellence, talented teachers, happy students, and engaged community.
